Paper moulded mesh is woven mesh with markedly mouldable properties which is used in suction moulds for paper moulded products. These are products made of (recycled) paper pulp primarily used in the packaging industry. We can give our woven mesh these markedly mouldable properties by annealing it. By doing so, we render the woven mesh even more flexible. Due to the flexibility of the mesh, pressing it into a certain shape is straightforward. This mould provides the basis for paper moulded products such as egg cartons (for example). We can produce this highly flexible woven mesh in myriad varieties in line with customers’ wishes, meaning we have a solution for pretty much any use.
